There's a lot of odd things happening if you are 'porting around a lot. It seems to me that if I'm doing the rounds of all the shops from Komorin down to Ashos (including the outlying places like the Border Watch) then night falls and everyone closes before I get finished in Quidanaar, on the other hand if I start out in Ashos by the time I finish up on Komorin it's only mid-afternoon and I've got ages to kill before the stores re-set.
