i've already searched for hokos sister but i couldn't find her.i found the water stone in this cave and a lot of snakes but no woman??
is she in the cave?and where?

Ashos.

There is the mayors house. You get the Quest to find the sister. The mayors house is in the north eastern part of ashos...afaik.

Complete the quest from the Mayor. It will lead you to the answer to the sister.
